Action Items

  • REVIEW job responsibilities with each employee ensuring they understand them in detail, what is expected of them, and how their work will lead to the success of our mission.
  • ESTABLISH a grassroots District Clerk Office Team (DCOT) representing each section of the office for a monthly meeting to review and suggest how we can optimize internal and external processes.
  • COLLABORATE with the other District Clerk staff, judges, court staffs, attorneys, clients, and other customers to see how we can speed up the information they need for their work and ask for their suggestions how to optimize other work processes.
  • CREATE a District Clerk Information Technology Board to meet when necessary with end users, County Information Technology staff members, and others as needed to review and complete ongoing computer related projects as rapidly as possible.
  • ANALYZE District Clerk Office Cyber/Computer Security Practices  and Training and look to enhance and/or revise standards where needed.
